Жил с семьей в апартаментах FRANIĆ 2. Квартира расположена на мансарде, необычно, но стильно. Удобно расположились, места нам с супругой и 2 взрослым детям было достаточно. Квартира чистая и светлая, оборудована всем необходимым для Вашего пребывания. Замечательный вид из окна на море! До исторического центра можно дойти пешком за 10 - 15 минут. Столько же идти до пляжа. Владелец Ивица всегда готов помочь, спасибо ему! Да, всегда парковал свой автомобиль возле дома без проблем, даже поздно вечером. Хорошие апартаменты за разумные деньги.

My family lived in an apartment FRANIĆ 2. The apartment is located in the attic, unusual but stylish.Comfortably, place us with his wife and two adult children were enough. The apartment is clean and bright, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Wonderful view from the window at the sea! We went to the historic center on foot for 10 - 15 minutes. The same number to go to the beach. Owner Ivica always willing to help, thanks to him! Yes, always parked my car near the house with no problems, even late at night. Good apartments at reasonable prices.

This apartment is perfectly located. It is charming and perfect for a couple or a family with one or two children. It is within walking distance to the beach and to the city center.

The apartment offers a breathtaking view on the sea and the port of Split. It is well equipped and sparkling clean.

The owner, Ivica, is particularly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He will ensure your stay will be a memorable one by suggesting different activities, places to visit, and will even prepare a fantastic fish dinner for you.

One of the best vacations we ever had. If we ever visit Split again, we definitely will stay at Franic 2.

This fantastic location and room comes equipped with most everything that you will need for a great stay in Split. The owners are the best we met in our one month stay in Croatia,including spending time in 14 different apartments. Having good hosts can make all the difference to your stay.

Excellent apartment for couples!

The apartment is excellent for couples! It has beautiful interior and you feel immediately at home -
well-appointed with whatever you need for cooking.
It is nicely situated on the hillside - just ten minutes walk from the city centre and ten minutes walk in the other direction to some really nice beaches. If you rather want a walk in the forest, it is directly behind your door. One of the many small paths will take you to the top of the hill and give you view in all directions.
The apartment is open and airy. The roof windows let in a lot of sun and daylight so you almost feel that you are out on the terrace! And you can not ask for a better view! There is a silent area and you will wake up to the birds song from the forest.
The owner is very helpful. He even took us to the fishmarked and served us grilled fish in the apartment!
We recommend to explore Split and a pleasant stay in Ivicas` flat!

Excellent apartment for visiting yachtsmen

This was an ideal apartment from which to sail a regatta in Split, located up the hill not far from the marina. The apartment is light, bright has great views and is sufficiently far from the town to be quiet, yet close enough to enjoy.

The owner is really helpful speaks good English and made us very welcome, including preparing and serving an excellent seafood dinner one evening. Highly recommended.

We highly recomend this particular appartment. We spend a wonderfull time which was special due to the owner -Ivica. If you love real life, sun, fish & rakia you have to come her. We will certenly return to this place.
Serdecznie pozdrawiamy polaków! Zdecydowanie polecamy po pierwsze przyjazd do Splitu, a po drugie zatrzymanie się w tym apartamencie. Bardzo czysto i bardzo blisko centrum. Uroku dodaje właściciel Ivica. My wrócimy!
